  The Conquest HTK series refrigerated air dryer is an engineered system for high compressed air inlet temperature. This system provides an after-cooler, refrigerated air dryer, separator/filter and drain valve in one unit.

   

  Features:

  • Precooler/Reheater design.

     - Uses outgoing cold air to further reduce inlet temperature.

     - Reduces load on refrigeration system.

     - Lower energy consumption.

  • Built-in aftercooler

     - Eliminates need for external aftercooler.

     - Reduced installation cost.

     - Lower outlet air temperature to customer's system.

     - Prevents damage to the dryer from high temperature inlet air.

     - Condenses up to 65% of the water vapor in the system.

   • Accepts hot compressed air (up to 91⁰C) directly from the air compressor.

  • Separator/filter removes liquid water and particulate contaminants down to 3.0 microns.

  • Colour marked dew point gauge.

  • Robust design & Compact size.

  • Dew Point 4⁰C 

  • Timer operated drain valve.

  • Environmentally friendly refrigerant (R-407c).
