  CAPS Australia is proud to release the new generation ROBOX SCREW type blowers to the Australian market. This latest blower addition from Robuschi, Italy is as an extension of CAPS wide range of compressed air & low pressure air solution products to the water & waste water, pneumatic conveying, mineral processing and other industrial applications.
  
  ROBOX SCREW is a complete, flexible unit able to reach pressures of up to 2.5 bar (g) and capacity levels up to 10,500 m³/h. This is thanks to the sturdiness of the Robuschi RSW air-end, with its bearings, seals and shaft oversized to allow for every possible use, even really heavy duty. In addition, the “oil-free” system avoids any risk of deterioration or pollution of the processed material.
  
  The ROBOX SCREW blower is available in a wide range of sizes and with different accessories & options according to the specific needs and is therefore the best choice for every type of low pressure application up to 2.5 bar(g) pressure.

  
  The innovative principal characteristics of ROBOX SCREW include:
  • High efficiency & Low Energy Consumption: The innovative profile of the RSW rotors (patent pending), guarantees high efficiency, thanks to the maximum yield of the internal compression and operation at reduced rpm, ensuring lower energy consumption in all working conditions.
  
  • Energy savings (20- 40% as compared to conventional blowers): Made possible by the innovative profile of the rotors, optimising the capacity-pressure ratio. Additional energy savings are possible by installing a VFD inverter drive.
  
  • Silent operation: The silent operation (70 dB(A) is ensured by the constant RSW functioning at a reduced number of rotations (6,000 rpm), by the base with integrated silencer and suction filter, by the motor with high efficiency belt drive, and by the special noise enclosure, designed with extremely optimised air passages that help to minimise pulses.
  
  • Compact Dimensions: Extremely compact dimensions allows several units to be installed side-by side, thereby saving installation costs.
  
  • Easier Maintenance: All routine maintenance can be performed from the front of the machine with easy access. The SENTINEL 2 electronic monitor further facilitates maintenance scheduling and provides monitoring & protection. A SENTINEL-PRO option is available for remote monitoring of operating parameters.
