  CAPS Australia sign distributorship agreement with Neuros, South Korea

  CAPS Australia has announced the signing of a distributorship agreement for Australia and New Zealand with innovative Turbo blower manufacturer, Neuros from South Korea.

  The new generation premium efficiency, state-of-the-art blower technology from Neuros will provide customers 20-40% higher energy efficiency compared to other conventional blower technologies, due to integral inverter operation.

   

  Additionally, Neuros blowers offer other industry leading features to achieve lower life-cycle operating costs such as:

  • Very compact foot-print to reduce installation costs.

  • Unique cooing air circulation system to eliminate the need for blower room ventilation.

  • Complete package including closed cycle water cooling system for 200 HP and larger models inside the blower enclosure, to save space and installation costs.

  • Routine servicing limited to just changing intake air filter, thereby achieving much reduced maintenance costs.

  • Patented Air foil bearing design to eliminate the need for lubricating oil required for conventional bearings & complex control systems for magnetic bearings.

  • High efficiency, precision 5-axis machined impellers.

  • Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) which maintains high efficiency at part load conditions, compared to conventional induction motors which lose efficiency by more than 50% at part load operation.

  • Eco-friendly machines due to low noise level 70-80 dbA and extremely low vibration.

  • User-friendly control & operation with interface for various PLC/DCS systems.

  • Flexible control modes- auto flow, speed, pressure &Dissolved Oxygen.

  • Option for outdoor installation.

   

  The Neuros Turbo blowers are available for flow capacity up to 19,000 m3/hr and pressure range up to 250 kpa(g) to satisfy low pressure air requirements in waste water treatment, pneumatic conveying and various other manufacturing applications.
